The corner of Legoland Boulevard and Park Avenue (formerly Sandy Hook Highway) has been a prime spot since the roads were first paved. TABank (red, upper-middle) has cashed in on this location and had success attracting customers to its full service bank and 24-hour drive-thru ATM. The bank plans to expand now that the Sandy Hook Highway has re-routed and left new land for development.
